Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How long do the batteries last in these fiber optic Christmas trees?

A: Battery life depends on how frequently the trees are used. With typical holiday usage of a few hours per day, the built-in button batteries should last several weeks. When they run out, simply replace them with standard button batteries — no special tools required — so your fiber optic Christmas tree ornaments keep glowing all season long.

Q: Can these miniature fiber optic Christmas trees be used outdoors?

A: These colorful fiber optic Christmas trees are designed primarily for indoor use — tabletops, windowsills, mantelpieces, and holiday village displays. While they can be placed in a covered outdoor area temporarily, prolonged exposure to moisture or the elements is not recommended to maintain their luminous performance.

Q: Do all 12 trees light up independently, or are they connected?

A: Each of the 12 fiber optic Christmas trees operates completely independently with its own built-in button battery and key switch. You can switch each one on or off individually, giving you full flexibility to arrange them anywhere around your home without worrying about a shared power source.
