How to Copy a Code
- Ensure the copy remote's code has been cleared before starting.
- Hold both the original remote and the copy remote close together.
- Press and hold the corresponding keys on both remotes simultaneously.
- Wait until the indicator light changes from flashing to constant — code copied successfully!
- Repeat for each additional button as needed.
How to Clear a Code
- Press and hold the Unlock and Lighting keys simultaneously until the indicator flashes rapidly.
- While keeping the Lighting key held, press the Unlock key three times.
- Code is now cleared and the remote is ready to re-learn.
Usage Notes
- Do not exceed the rated operating voltage range.
- Keep both remotes close together during copying to avoid errors.
- Transmission range may reduce in environments with high wireless interference.
- Keep out of reach of children.
- Avoid use in humid environments to prevent damage.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: What types of remote controls can this 433.92 MHz key copier duplicate?
A: This universal key copier supports most fixed-code and learning-code remotes operating at 433.92 MHz, including those used for garage doors, gate access systems, battery cars, unicycles, lamp controllers, and security alarms. It is compatible with a wide range of popular chips such as EV1527, PT2262, HT-12E, and many more.
Q: Will copying a remote affect the original remote control?
A: No. The copy process does not interfere with or overwrite the original remote in any way. After copying, both the original and the cloned remote will function independently and simultaneously.
Q: What battery does this remote copier use and how long does it last?
A: It uses a single CR2032 button battery (3V). The device has an extremely low quiescent current of less than 0.1 µA, meaning battery life is very long during standby. Battery life will vary based on frequency of use.
Q: Can I re-use this copier to store different codes at different times?
A: Yes! The built-in EEPROM memory is repeatedly writable. You can clear stored codes and re-learn new ones as many times as needed, making it a versatile long-term tool for managing multiple access points.
