Frequently Asked Questions
Q: What is the maximum continuous load current the RF relay receiver can handle?
A: The relay receiver is rated for a continuous load of 15A at 240VAC or 15A at 110VAC. The "30A" marking refers to the peak surge current only — always ensure your connected appliance draws less than 15A continuously for safe, reliable operation.
Q: Can I pair multiple remote controls with one receiver?
A: Yes. The receiver uses a learning-code system, which means you can program additional 433MHz transmitters to work with the same receiver by repeating the code-learning process for each remote. This makes it easy to control one device from multiple locations.
Q: Does this wireless remote control switch require an internet connection or smartphone app?
A: No. This switch operates entirely via RF (radio frequency) at 433MHz and does not require Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, or any smartphone app. It works as a standalone system, making it highly reliable even in areas with poor connectivity.
Q: How do I clear all previously learned codes from the receiver?
A: Press and hold the learning button on the receiver for approximately 8 seconds without releasing. The indicator light will flash once and then flash 6 times rapidly, confirming that all stored codes have been successfully cleared.
