5-Pack Plastic Bird & Cat Deterrent Spikes – Fence & Wall
Protect Your Garden & Property with Transparent PVC Deterrent Spikes
Keep unwanted birds, cats, squirrels, and other critters from perching, nesting, or climbing on your fences, walls, ledges, and garden structures. This 5-piece set of transparent plastic spikes blends discreetly into any surface while creating an effective physical barrier that discourages animals from landing or roosting — no traps, no chemicals, no mess.
Why Choose These Deterrent Spikes?
- Humane & Chemical-Free: The 2 cm pointed spikes create an uncomfortable surface that deters animals without causing injury — a safe, humane solution for your outdoor spaces.
- Durable PVC Construction: Made from weatherproof PVC plastic that won't rust, corrode, or degrade like metal alternatives. Stands up to rain, sun, frost, and wind year-round.
- Transparent & Discreet: The clear design means these spikes are barely noticeable once installed, preserving the look of your fences, walls, and ledges.
- Versatile Coverage: Each strip measures 42.4 cm long and 10–12 cm wide — 5 pieces give you over 2 meters of total coverage. Can be trimmed or connected for a custom fit.
- Easy Installation: Simply glue, screw, or cable-tie the strips to your chosen surface. No specialist tools required.
- Wide Application: Ideal for fence tops, window ledges, roof edges, garden walls, gate posts, and more.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Are these bird deterrent spikes safe for animals?
A: Yes. The 2 cm PVC spikes are designed to be humane — they create an uncomfortable surface that discourages birds, cats, and squirrels from landing or perching without causing injury. They are a chemical-free, trap-free deterrent solution.
Q: How do I install the plastic deterrent spikes?
A: Installation is straightforward. You can attach the strips using strong outdoor adhesive glue, screws through the pre-formed holes, or cable ties. No specialist tools are needed. The strips can also be trimmed with scissors or a utility knife for a custom fit.
Q: Will these outdoor spikes withstand rain and cold weather?
A: Absolutely. The durable PVC plastic is weatherproof and UV-resistant, meaning it won't rust, warp, or break down in rain, frost, or direct sunlight — making it a long-lasting outdoor deterrent solution.
Q: How much fence or wall area will 5 pieces cover?
A: Each strip is 42.4 cm long, so 5 pieces provide approximately 212 cm (just over 2 metres) of linear coverage. For larger areas, multiple packs can be connected end-to-end for seamless coverage.
