Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Is this spa filter cartridge compatible with my PWW50 hot tub?

A: Yes! This replacement filter cartridge is designed to be a direct fit for PWW50 hot tubs and spas. It is also compatible with Unicel 6CH-940, Filbur FC-0359, and Waterways 817-0050. Always compare your existing filter's dimensions (210 × 152 mm / 8.3 × 6 inches) before purchasing to ensure a proper fit.

Q: How does this filter compare to OEM or standard replacement filters?

A: This cartridge features a 225-pleat count per filter, which surpasses many standard alternatives that typically only offer 215 pleats. More pleats mean a greater filtration surface area, leading to more efficient removal of debris and contaminants from your spa water.

Q: Can I use this filter with my Superior Spas hot tub?

A: This filter can fit certain Superior Spas models manufactured after 2016 (Chinese Spa). However, it is not compatible with the newer Canadian Spa (Chinese Spa) — only original Canadian/Pacific Spa models. We strongly recommend verifying your filter's exact measurements against this listing before ordering, as used filters are non-refundable.

Q: What is included in the package?

A: Each order includes 1 × spa filter cartridge. If you need multiple filters, please adjust your order quantity accordingly.
