Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Does the solar fountain work on cloudy days?
A: The fountain requires direct sunlight to operate at full capacity. On partly cloudy days it may run at reduced spray height or intermittently. It will not operate at night or indoors without direct sun exposure.
Q: How do I keep the fountain from floating away?
A: This fountain features a built-in hidden anchoring design that stabilizes it in the water, preventing unwanted drifting and keeping the water spray directed inside your bird bath or pond.
Q: Can I use this fountain in a fish tank or indoor pond?
A: Yes — it works great in fish tanks and indoor ponds as long as the solar panel receives adequate direct sunlight (e.g. placed near a sunny window). It also helps oxygenate and circulate the water for healthier aquatic environments.
Q: How do I change the spray pattern?
A: Simply swap out the included spray nozzle heads (5 are included) by rotating them off and attaching a new one. You can also remove the nozzle entirely for a soft bubbler effect.
